New Stamping Parts: Brackets, Enclosures and Perforated Plates

Four parts we tooled, formed and finished in the last quarter — and a straight answer on how they were made.

Nothing here is a catalogue item. Every part below started as a customer drawing, went through custom metal stamping in our own press shop, and left with a finish the customer had already signed off on a sample. If you are sourcing a stamping supplier for a programme that runs for years, this is what our work actually looks like.

Powder-coated custom metal stamping parts in three colours

Formed and powder-coated parts, three customer colours.

What came off the press

Four representative jobs, all sheet metal stamping to drawing: a long structural bracket, a folded stainless enclosure, a two-piece mounting set and a perforated plate.

Long stamped stainless bracket, brushed finish

Long reach bracket
Progressive-die stamping along a long profile, then brushed. Flatness held end to end so it seats without shimming.

Formed stainless steel enclosure made by sheet metal stamping

Formed stainless enclosure
Folded box section with cut-outs and mounting holes. Assembly and surface treatment finished to drawing.

Two-piece powder-coated stamped bracket set

Two-piece bracket set
Mating pair, punched and formed to fit as delivered. Matte black powder coat on both halves.

Perforated stainless steel plate, custom stamped

Perforated stainless plate
Dense hole pattern with controlled flatness and deburred edges, so it handles cleanly downstream.

How they were made

  1. Tooling in-house. Die design and build under our own roof, then a first article for your approval before anything runs at volume.
  2. Blanking and forming. Progressive and single-station presses handle blanking, piercing, forming and bending in one controlled sequence — the reason a precision stamping part repeats instead of drifting.
  3. Secondary operations. Tapping, riveting, welding, deburring and light assembly, set per part.
  4. Finish and check. Powder coating, zinc plating or brushing, then dimensions checked against your drawing before packing.

What to send us

We quote from your files, not from a catalogue, and we do not design the part for you — fully OEM, exactly to your specification.

  • 2D drawing or 3D model: STEP / STP, IGES, PDF, DXF or DWG
  • Material and thickness, finish, and the dimensions that actually matter
  • Annual or per-order volume, and any packing requirement

Flexible MOQ — single pieces for validation, with tooling quoted separately per part. Prototypes typically run 15–30 days; production lead time is confirmed in the quotation.

Have a stamped part you want quoted?

Send the drawing with material, finish and volume. We come back with a feasibility review, the tooling cost and a unit price.
