Police-Enterprise Joint Anti-Fraud Training Held at Runpeng Precision Hardware to Safeguard All Workers’ Property

Jun 17, 2026

To build a solid safety barrier in the factory and fully protect the property security of all frontline staff engaged in injection molding, stamping, CNC machining and warehouse management, Runpeng Precision Hardware Co., Ltd. cooperated with local community police to launch a full-staff anti-scam special lecture at the material workshop on the first floor at 18:00, June 16, 2026. The training covered all posts including production, warehousing, quality inspection and administration.

As a professional manufacturer specializing in customized precision hardware products, our factory hires a large workforce including machine operators, warehouse sorters, foreign trade merchandisers and workshop supervisors. Workers spend spare time browsing online part-time jobs, small-sum online loans and online investment content, which makes them vulnerable to telecom fraud. Besides, foreign trade staff who frequently communicate with overseas clients also face emerging fraud risks such as fake suppliers and fraudulent payment requests. The company released an internal notice in advance to specify the training time and venue, with a backup plan to shift the venue to the CNC workshop on rainy days. The notice emphasized that anti-fraud knowledge directly relates to employees’ salaries and savings, and full attendance was required without special leave.

On the training evening, stacks of aluminum profiles, finished hardware products and raw materials were neatly placed in the workshop. All workers lined up and listened carefully to the police’s on-site lecture. Combined with real fraud cases targeting manufacturing workers, the police sorted out the most prevalent scams tailored to our staff’s daily online habits: rebate brush-order scams targeting workers wanting extra income after shifts, fake zero-collateral online loans preying on employees in urgent need of money, identity impersonation scams scamming workers by pretending to be relatives or colleagues, fake high-paying recruitment traps for hardware apprentices, and cross-border fraud targeting merchandisers via fake overseas orders and fake client deposit requests.

The police analyzed that scammers take advantage of factory workers’ desire to earn extra money to design complete fraud traps. A core rule was stressed repeatedly: any request for advance deposit, bank card password or SMS verification code is definitely fraud. Officers guided all staff to download and activate the National Anti-Fraud Center App for real-time scam call alerts, and reminded workers not to click unknown links or transfer money to unfamiliar accounts during breaks in workshops or dormitories.

Many CNC operators and warehouse staff raised questions about suspicious part-time ads and loan messages they received. Delivered inside the real production workshop surrounded by hardware materials, fire protection pipelines and safety bulletin boards, the lecture made anti-fraud knowledge more relevant to workers’ daily routines. Most frontline employees said they never took fraud risks seriously before, but after learning real stories of manufacturing workers losing all their hard-earned wages to scammers, they promised to stay alert and share anti-scam tips with roommates and family members.

The factory safety manager commented that most hardware workers earn wages by piece rate and overtime, so protecting their property is equally important as workshop production safety. This full-staff training is a key part of our workplace safety and employee welfare system. The company will establish regular anti-fraud publicity mechanisms: one-minute anti-scam reminders at daily pre-shift meetings, anti-fraud posters posted in CNC and warehouse areas, warning cases shared in employee groups, and quarterly follow-up training with community police. Additional targeted anti-fraud briefings will be arranged for foreign trade teams to guard against cross-border telecom fraud.

This centralized training covered every on-duty worker without blind spots. Through in-depth police-enterprise cooperation, anti-fraud education is integrated into daily hardware production, effectively cutting fraud risks for all staff from the source. The activity strengthens internal safety management of the factory, contributes to local social security stability, and builds a safe and reliable production environment for precision hardware manufacturing.
