Introduction: Craftsmanship Meeting Global Standards.
Last week, a high-level delegation from nextbike GmbH, a global benchmark in the bike-sharing industry, visited our facility for an extensive supplier qualification audit. As Germany’s leader in urban bike-rental systems, nextbike maintains "German Standards" for every link in its supply chain. Our Sales Manager, Jenny, along with our Technical Director, facilitated the visit, showcasing our end-to-end intelligent manufacturing process—from raw materials to precision-finished products.

1. Flexible Manufacturing & Precision Forming: The Production Line
Guided by Jenny, the delegation first entered our digitalized sheet metal workshop (see Image 1). High-speed Laser Cutting equipment was in precise operation. To meet nextbike's stringent requirements for bike baskets and lock brackets, we demonstrated our CNC Bending process, which ensures structural consistency at every critical stress point.
In the assembly area (see Image 2), the organized components highlighted our Precision Stamping capabilities. The nextbike technical experts closely examined the weld seam smoothness produced by our Robotic Welding cells. Jenny explained, "Our high-frequency welding technology doesn't just look clean; it has passed tens of thousands of vibration fatigue tests—essential for bikes operating in diverse urban environments."
2. Mastering Core Processes: Enhancing Product Longevity
Public mobility equipment is constantly exposed to outdoor elements, demanding superior Surface Treatment. During the discussions, the delegation showed great interest in our Outdoor Powder Coating and Anodizing processes.
We showcased samples that had undergone rigorous Salt Spray Testing, proving that our parts maintain anti-corrosion performance for 5 to 10 years, even in rainy or coastal climates. Jenny emphasized that our CNC Milling technology maintains tolerances within ±0.01mm. This commitment to precision is the core competitiveness that attracts German clients.
3. Rigorous QC System: Defining Quality with Data
In the QC Laboratory (see Images 3 & 4), the nextbike delegation audited our CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) Inspection and Hardness Testing protocols.
At the sample display area, the visitors personally examined several self-developed smart lock housings. Jenny detailed our Secondary Machining process following the initial Die Casting. A nextbike representative remarked: "In Germany, we respect rigor in every detail. In your factory, we see a Quality Management System (QMS) that is truly world-class."
Conclusion: Partnering for a Zero-Carbon Future
The successful conclusion of this audit marks a significant milestone toward a formal strategic partnership. We provide more than just parts; we offer comprehensive solutions based on Modular Design.
As Jenny stated: "The nextbike team brings more than just orders—they bring global market insights. Through our continuous iteration in Tooling Development and manufacturing craftsmanship, we are proud to support the flourishing growth of global low-carbon transportation."
