For engineered plastic parts, our injection molding department runs a tightly controlled six-step workflow: injection molding, mold opening and part take-out, deflashing, manual finishing, in-process inspection, and final check and packing. Each batch is checked against your drawing to guarantee dimensional accuracy and a clean surface finish. Combined with our in-house mold workshop, we deliver complete tooling-to-production support that shortens your time to market.

Our machining workshop is equipped with 20 CNC machines, including five-axis and four-axis machining centers, for components that demand the highest precision. The process is methodical: workpiece setup and alignment, five-axis CNC machining, milling, drilling and tapping, electrical discharge machining (EDM) for fine details, and surface grinding to final tolerance. Whether you need single prototype samples or high-volume production, our engineers hold every critical dimension exactly to your drawing.
