We are excited to announce the installation of three new Mazak 5-axis machining centers at our Shenzhen production facility – the Mazak 570BL, Mazak 570CL and Mazak 700CL. This major investment further strengthens our precision machining capability and reinforces our commitment to delivering the highest quality hardware components to our global customers.

Mazak is globally recognized as a leading manufacturer of high-precision CNC machine tools. Adding three 5-axis machining centers allows us to:

• Machine complex geometries in one setup – multi-sided components, contoured surfaces and intricate door hardware parts with fewer setups, reducing tolerance errors
• Achieve tighter precision – ideal for high-end door hinges, handle mechanisms and decorative hardware that demand micron-level accuracy
• Improve lead times – simultaneous 5-axis motion cuts cycle times and improves surface finish, often eliminating secondary operations
