Our aluminum die casting line converts ADC12 alloy into durable, dimensionally stable components for the automotive, electrical, machinery and lighting industries. Every casting follows a disciplined six-step process: melting and pouring, high-pressure die casting, trimming and deburring, CNC machining of critical faces, drilling and tapping, and final inspection and packing. With die casting machines ranging from 300T to 2,000T, we cast parts of nearly any scale with excellent repeatability and a clean near-net shape that keeps your total cost low.

From coil and sheet, our stamping workshop produces precise enclosures, brackets and sheet-metal components with both speed and accuracy. The flow is engineered for efficiency: blanking, stamping, piercing and trimming, secondary pressing for more complex forms, manual deburring, and inspection and packing. Supported by presses, turret punches and press brakes, we serve furniture hardware, consumer electronics, home appliance and automotive customers with consistent quality and competitive lead times.
