Last week, we were delighted to welcome two representatives from our long-standing Austrian customer, Helmut Goll GmbH, to our headquarters in Shenzhen and our production base in Dongguan. During their visit, our sales colleague Hedy and our General Manager guided the guests through both our Shenzhen headquarters and the Dongguan production base. They were able to witness first-hand our comprehensive manufacturing capabilities, including:

• CNC precision machining – CNC milling, CNC turning and multi-axis machining for complex door hinge components and handle hardware
• Zinc alloy & aluminum die-casting – high-pressure die-casting for decorative hardware, rosettes and push bar components
• Precision stamping & deep drawing – for sealing profile accessories and thin-gauge structural parts
• Surface finishing lines – polishing, satin brushing, electroplating, anodizing, powder coating and PVD coating options
• In-house tooling & mold making – rapid prototyping to mass production under one roof
• 100% quality control – CMM inspection, salt spray testing and functional endurance testing on every batch

The guests showed particular interest in our automated assembly stations and polishing workshop, noting the consistency and surface quality that are critical for premium European entrance-door hardware.

Following the factory tour, both sides held a productive meeting covering:

• Collaboration on new product development – including a new series of concealed door hinges and window hardware components
• Capacity planning for 2026 and lead-time optimization
• Quality standards review – EN 1935, RAL-GZ 607/3 and other European hardware certifications

We reaffirmed our shared commitment to delivering OEM & ODM precision hardware solutions that meet the strictest European standards, from initial CAD/CAM engineering through to final packaging and logistics.
