Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom injection molded parts
No minimum. We support 1 piece to millions. Whether you need one prototype, a trial batch, or mass production ,we accept any quantity.
Can you make complex or high-precision plastic parts
Yes. Typical tolerance ±0.05mm, and ±0.01mm for critical dimensions. Share your 3D file and we'll give a DFM report within 48h.
What plastic materials do you support
ABS, PC, PA66 (Nylon), POM, PP, PE, etc. Customer-specified materials also available
What's your lead time for mold making and sample parts
Simple mold: 15-20 days; complex mold: 25-35 days; sample parts: 5-7 days after mold trial.
How to obtain a quotation
Send 3D drawings (in STEP/IGS/STP format) or 2D drawings (in PDF/DWG format)
If there is no drawing, you can send physical samples or provide clear photos + dimensions
