Runpeng has High-Speed CNC Machining Center, Wire Electrical Discharge Machine (Wire-EDM), Electrical Discharge Machine(EDM), Engraving Machine, Grinding Machine and Died Spotting Press.
Runpeng has Cold Chamber Die Casting Machine and Hot Chamber Die Casting Machine. Our die-casting workshop is equipped with various models of die-casting machines, including 300 tons, 800 tons, 1250 tons, and 2000 tons, which can meet the full-size die-casting needs of small precision parts to large structural parts.
Runpeng has CNC Milling Machine, CNC Turning Machine, and Drilling and tapping machine. Our 4-axis and 5-axis models Manchine support tool center point control and 1000-block look-ahead function, enabling one-time clamping and multi-surface machining of complex parts, reducing process turnover, improving the machining efficiency and precision of complex curved surfaces, precision molds and components, and adapting to the diverse needs of multi-variety, small-batch and mass production.
The Runpeng Precision Stamping Workshop is equipped with multi specification stamping machines of 60 tons, 110 tons, and 160 tons, which can meet the comprehensive processing needs from micro precision parts to medium-sized structural parts. Based on mature stamping technology and mold development capabilities, customized according to customer drawings (PDF/DWG/STP/STEP) or samples.
Shenzhen Runpeng Precision Hardware Injection Molding Workshop is equipped with multiple types of injection molding equipment, which can cover the processing needs of micro to medium-sized plastic parts. Relying on the advantages of integrated industry and trade and 31 years of experience, we provide one-stop services for mold design and injection molding, accurately meeting customers' personalized mass production needs.
Runpeng owns a full suite of testing equipment such as CMM, hardness tester and roughness meter.We leverage CMM technology to ensure the precision of die-casting molds and the dimensional accuracy of processed die-cast products. A complete package of reports—including full-size product inspection, material qualification and mold heat treatment data—will be furnished along with the shipment.
